UniCredit Bank GmbH's e-orderbook is an internet-based service tool to facilitate real-time monitoring of analysis of the primary market phase of new debt issues in the euromarkets.
The e-orderbook provides online information access to both intermediates and borrowers during the primary markets phase of a new debt issue. For the intermediates, e-orderbook allows time-stamped order input at pre-defined levels.
All authorised parties have continuos access to a number of orderbook analysis functions. The analysis functions of e-orderbook are designed not only to track overall distribution of new debt issues but also to allow detailed performance evaluation of all syndicate members in terms of

  • timely order input
  • distribution by geography and investor type
  • spread sensitivity
  • and a lot more...
